Hospice Care of South Florida invites you to join our hospice team, an interdisciplinary group of professionals who provide a comprehensive program of medical care and support for people nearing the end of life. The HCSF team provides palliative care that focuses on the patient’s comfort and quality of life, as well as the patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and provides support for family members during the illness.
